1 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and Crown Coins Entertainment Ltd. 2 Eligibility
To register and play on our platform, you must: (a) be at least 19 years of age; (b) be physically located in a Canadian province or territory where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited; (c) not be on any self-exclusion list administered by a provincial regulator or gambling commission; (d) not have previously had an account closed by us for breach of these Terms; and (e) not be acting as an agent or representative of another person.
We accept players from most Canadian provinces. Players must ensure that online gambling is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering. We do not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We verify eligibility as part of our KYC process. We may request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds. Funds from real-money deposits held in your account at the time of suspension will be returned after the KYC review is completed.
3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds deposited through fraudulent or duplicated account structures.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your username or password with any third party. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately and we will suspend your account while we investigate.
When you register, you must provide your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address. We use this information for account management, KYC verification, and communication. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may close or suspend accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Before doing so, we will send a notification to the registered email address. Any real-money balance remaining in an inactive account will be held securely and released upon valid reactivation request.
4 Bonus Terms
All bonuses and free spins offered on our platform are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If wagering is not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Bonus funds are separate from real-money deposits. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless you have chosen otherwise in your account settings. Bonus funds are used once your real-money balance reaches zero. Winnings generated by bonus funds are bonus funds until the wagering requirement is met; after that, they convert to real money and are withdrawable subject to normal withdrawal processing times.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and video poker typically contribute 10%. Live dealer games typically contribute 10%. We maintain a full game contribution table in the promotions section of your account dashboard. We reserve the right to change game contribution rates with 7 days' notice.
We reserve the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. We actively monitor for bonus abuse — this includes patterns such as low-volatility staking designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play. Players found to be abusing bonuses may have their bonus voided and any winnings derived from that bonus forfeited.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer, and several major e-wallets. The minimum deposit is C$10. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. We do not accept cash or payments made by third parties — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of KYC verification being completed. E-wallet withdrawals are typically fastest (within 24 hours of approval). Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution. We do not charge withdrawal fees. Some payment providers may apply their own fees — check with your provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is C$20. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though we reserve the right to process large withdrawals in tranches in exceptional circumstances. All withdrawals are returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible (AML compliance requirement). Where the original method cannot accept returns, we will use a bank transfer to your verified account.
We comply with Canadian anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals above C$10,000 may require additional documentation. We file transaction reports as required by applicable law. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Canadian financial intelligence authority. These obligations exist independently of our licence conditions and are required by federal law.
6 Responsible Gaming
We offer deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available from your account dashboard under Responsible Gaming at any time. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour delay. Self-exclusions are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Players who notify us that they have a gambling problem will have their accounts suspended immediately pending a full review. We do not accept deposits from players who have self-identified as problem gamblers, even if they subsequently request reinstatement. 7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action: (a) opening multiple accounts; (b) providing false information during registration or KYC; (c) using the platform while under 19 years of age; (d) money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under Canadian law; (e) colluding with other players; (f) using software bots, automated betting systems, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage; (g) exploiting software errors or bugs to generate winnings — such winnings will be voided; (h) making chargebacks for deposits used in play.
We monitor all gameplay for signs of fraud, collusion, and bot activity. We use industry-standard fraud detection tools and cooperate with payment processors, banks, and law enforcement as required. If we identify prohibited activity, we will close the account, retain all funds pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities. We do not return funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on our platform — including software, game assets, logos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Crown Coins Entertainment Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit our content without prior written consent.
Game content is provided by third-party software developers and is licensed to us. Each game is subject to its own usage terms as imposed by the developer. RTPs, game mechanics, and payout structures are determined by the software providers and certified by independent testing labs. We do not modify game outcomes.
9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which provides a formal dispute resolution process for players. Players retain all rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
